Our Mission & Philosophy

FC Columbia’s mission is to provide the youth soccer players in Columbia and Southern Rensselaer Counties the opportunity, through participation in the world’s game, to learn fair play, leadership, teamwork, tolerance, social inclusion and good sportsmanship.  FC Columbia promotes physical fitness in our players and a love of soccer both nationally and internationally.

Our ultimate goal is to create competitive, educational and fun playing opportunities for players ages 6 through 19 (U8 – U19), offering varying levels of competition and skill to players at each level.  FC Columbia builds players skill, knowledge of the game and confidence through academy style training with experienced, licensed coaches at an affordable cost.  The Club welcomes and encourages multi-sport athletes by working with players and their families engaged in other sports by providing flexible practice schedules and fee structures.
